A Sun State Trees, Inc. provides recovery services throughout the Southeast when a national disaster such as a hurricane, tornado or ice storm strikes. Our company has specialized in storm work since Hurricane Andrew laid waste to South Florida in 1992 and has benefited from the experience over the years from Oklahoma to New York. A Sun State Trees has helped and serviced 15 states, 36 counties and over 200 towns performing emergency tree services, hauling debris and debris mitigation services. Trees that have fallen on electrical power lines, blocking roadways, and impacts to structures are tended to first. Tree Debris is staged at the R.O.W. (Right Of Way) to be picked up by hauling services contracted through local municipalities. The tree debris is then taken to a debris management site and dumped, recording the quantity hauled. The woody debris is then reduced by grinding or incineration. Ground wood chips are used at paper mills, saw mills, lumber manufacturers, and bio-mass energy brokers.
When a Natural Disaster occurs our company mobilizes its crew and fleet within 24 hours. Over the years we've discovered, timing is one of the most important aspect of servicing a region that is severely damaged from destructive weather. Having experienced tree crews, bobcat operators, grapple/apprentice trucks drivers, and heavy equipment operators for disaster recovery services is another essential component for success. Finally it's integrity and work ethic that makes our small family name widely known throughout the Southeast. Our crews and operators work 7 days a week to open roadways, clear tree debris for power grids, haul tree debris from R.O.W. 's, and also provide debris reduction solutions.
Disaster Recovery is just what it name implies. Helping a community or region restore it's utilities and infrastructure back to normal is something our company is proud to advertise. You can trust that Sun State Trees, Inc. will be there when you need us the most and we won't let you down.
